Tiivistelmä
Tämä opinnäytetyö on tehty toimeksiantona Turussa sijaitsevalle vuonna 1995 perustetulle tilitoimistolle. Työn tavoitteena oli tuottaa kirjallinen perehdytysopas Maestro-taloushallinto-ohjelman käyttöön. Oppaan tarkoituksena on olla suullisen perehdytyksen tukena auttaen sekä ohjeiden sisäistämistä että itsenäistä työskentelyä.
Opinnäytetyön teoriaosuudessa käsitellään aluksi taloushallinnon digitaalisuuden eri muotoja, digitaalisuuden hyötyjä ja taloushallinnon ohjelmistoja. Seuraavaksi tarkastellaan perehdytykseen liittyvää lainsäädäntöä, perehdytyksen tavoitteita ja hyötyjä sekä viimeiseksi perehdytysprosessin ydinkohtia. Empiirisessä osassa käydään läpi toimeksiantajan perehdyttämisen nykytilannetta sekä sen ongelmia, yleistä tietoa Maestro-ohjelmasta ja lopuksi kerrotaan oppaan suunnittelusta ja sen toteutuksesta.
Tämä opinnäytetyö on toiminnallinen, ja sen tuotoksena on erillinen perehdytysopas. Opas sisältää kaiken tarvittavan tiedon Maestro-ohjelmiston käyttöön liittyen toimeksiantajayrityksessä. Opas on hyvin käytännönläheinen, missä kerrotaan kaikki vaiheet selkeästi kuvien avulla.
Laatimani opas otetaan käyttöön toimeksiantajayrityksessä. Opasta voidaan käyttää sähköisesti tai sen voi tulostaa paperiseen versioon. Tulevaisuudessa kehitän opasta sen ensimmäisten käyttäjien palautteiden pohjalta. This bachelor’s thesis was commissioned by an accounting company, located in Turku and founded in 1995. The goal of this thesis was to create a written orientation guide for the financial management software Maestro. The purpose of the guide is to support oral orientation of the software and help with understanding the instructions, as well as to support independent work.
The theoretical section of this thesis covers different options for digital financial management, the advantages of digitalization, and other financial management softwares. The following section examines legislation relevant to orientation, goals and advantages of orientation, and the key parts of orientation. The empirical section discusses the current state and problems of orientation in the client company, the Maestro software in general, and finally the planning and production process of the written guide.
This is a functional thesis, and its outcome is a separate orientation guide. The guide includes everything one needs to know when using Maestro in the client company. The guide is extremely practical, describing all steps of use clearly with the help of pictures.
The guide will be taken into use in the client company, where it will be used either in digital form or as a printed copy. In the future, I will further develop the guide based on feedback from first users.
