With the rapid development of the world economy and the increasing trend of global integration, modern logistics theory and technology have been widely applied and flourishing in various countries. At the same time, it has produced huge economic and social benefits for all countries.
The study of transit warehouse location has started to become one of the main research directions of logistics activities. An excellent study on the location of transit warehouse can effectively reduce the transportation costs in the logistics process, speed up the circulation of goods, solve the logistics needs of residents, and drive the development of urban economy and stimulate the logistics potential of various industries.
In this paper, we take the site selection of transit warehouse of YF Air Logistics Company as an example for transit warehouse site selection research. This paper mainly studies the following contents:
Firstly, the main influencing factors in the process of transit warehouse site selection are analyzed, and the three aspects of infrastructure factors, business environment factors and economic factors are systematically analyzed.
Secondly, based on the theory of site selection and the actual situation of YF Air Logistics Company, the principles and methods of transit warehouse site selection are determined.
Thirdly, based on the relevant literature, the evaluation index of transit warehouse site selection is determined; combined with the site selection Theoretically, according to the characteristics of the transit warehouse, the applicability of the hierarchical analysis method in the process of transit warehouse site selection is analyzed and the site selection model is constructed.
Fourth, the research results are proved by the example of transit warehouse site selection of YF Aviation Logistics Company, and on this basis, corresponding suggestions are made for the reasonable site selection of the transit warehouse project.
