In recent years, with the continuous development of e-commerce and Internet of Things technology, and the fading of the impact of COVID-19 worldwide, the air cargo industry has ushered in a new development trend. However, SC Airlines suffered a greater impact during the epidemic period, and was the largest loss carrier in China except for the four major airlines. If the service capability is not restored as soon as possible, the quality of its air cargo service deteriorates year by year and it loses its main competitiveness in the whole air cargo market of China.
This paper takes SC Airlines as the research object, designs questionnaires by establishing an air cargo evaluation index system, and distributes questionnaires to individual customers and corporate customers using SC air cargo services to obtain survey data. When the data is collected, the fuzzy comprehensive analysis is carried out based on the evaluation index of air cargo. According to the conclusion obtained through the analysis and the actual development situation of SC Airlines, this paper explains the causes of service quality problems and puts forward improvement measures to solve these problems, so as to improve the quality of air cargo service of SC Airlines.
