This study aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of Shunfeng Express (SF) Company's current status and competitive advantages in the aviation logistics market within the Chengdu-Chongqing dual-city economic circle. The Chengdu-Chongqing dual-city economic circle serves as a vital economic growth center in western China, with a rapidly developing aviation logistics market. As a leading logistics enterprise, SF Company actively participates in this market competition. This research employs the PESTEL analysis and SWOT analysis methods to explore the company's market positioning and development strategies, providing in-depth insights.
In the PESTEL analysis, this study examines the political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal factors that impact SF Company's aviation logistics market in the Chengdu-Chongqing dual-city economic circle.
