Tiivistelmä
Tämän opinnäytetyön aiheena on suunnitella kuntouttavaa toimintaa ortogeriatrisen osaston tiloihin. Opinnäytetyö on kehittämistyö, jonka aihe syntyi tarpeesta kehittää Kaskenlinnan ortogeriatrisen osaston tiloja tukemaan asiakkaiden liikkeelle lähtemistä motivoivia, kognitiivista ja fyysistä aktiivisuutta edistävillä kuntouttavilla toiminnoilla.
Kehittämistyön keskeisenä viitekehyksenä on CMOP-E malli. Teoriataustassa on kerrottu myös ikääntyneistä, ortogeriatrisesta kuntoutuksesta, kuntouttavan toiminnan muodoista sekä ympäristön vaikutuksesta ja huomioimisesta ikääntyneiden kohdalla.
Kehittämistyön tavoitteena oli kehittää kirjallisuuteen perustuva suunnitelma, jonka pohjalta toimeksiantaja voi hankkia tekemästämme taulukosta kuntouttavia toimintoja osastolle. Opinnäytetyön tuotoksena on kuntouttavista toiminnoista muodostetut taulukot, joista ovat luettavissa toiminnot, toimintojen hyödyt, hankintapaikat ja mahdolliset hinnat. The topic of this thesis is to plan rehabilitation activities for the orthogeriatric ward. The thesis is development work, the subject of which arose from the need to develop the premises of the Kaskenlinna orthogeriatric ward to support clients with motivational, cognitive and physical rehabilitation activities.
The CMOP-E is model is the central framework for development work. The theoretical background also tells about the elderly, orthogeriatric rehabilitation, forms of rehabilitation and the impact of and consideration of the environment in the case of older people.
The aim was to develop a theory-based plan to enable the director to acquire the rehabilitation functions for the ward from the table we made. The result of the thesis is a table of activities which include benefits of activities, places of purchase and possible prices. The aim is to make it easy for the director and the staff to choose from the tables suitable for the ward, which would increase the motivation of clients for rehabilitation.
