Research on cargo service quality improvement strategy of AC airlines

Abstract

Taking AC airlines as the main research object, this paper uses AHP to establish an evaluation model for the cargo service quality of AC airlines, divides the factors that may affect the cargo service quality of AC airlines into three constraint layers: responsiveness, reliability, information and innovation, and summarizes 3 indicators at each level according to the interview results through interviews with customers who use AC airlines' cargo service frequently, totaling 3 constraint layers and 9 index layers. Through the analysis, the weights of each factor in the cargo service quality evaluation model of AC airlines are obtained and ranked, and the strategies to improve the cargo service quality of AC airlines are proposed for the three levels of product diversity, transportation time and emergency mechanism with high weights, such as opening up new cargo markets, strengthening supply chain management and improving emergency plans, which is expected to provide certain theoretical basis and reference for the improvement of the cargo quality assessment system of the airline.
