Tiivistelmä
The thesis aims to calculate the CO2 in construction sites and materials emitted, the first stage in reducing emissions is to cut them by 40 percent by 2030. In addition, by 2050, all greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions should net zero Companies are encouraged to follow these rules. The study determined the materials' emissions from the case project. The results, significant elements, and techniques that had an impact on the calculations are then presented.
This study assesses the CO2 emissions of construction materials and looks into the possibility of decreasing CO2 emissions. The study examines various building materials and methods, comparing conventional materials' carbon footprint to environmentally friendly alternatives. Through the implementation of eco-friendly building materials and techniques, significant reductions in CO2 emissions within the construction industry can be achieved. The result shows that using eco-friendly building materials and techniques has the potential to lower CO2 emissions in the construction industry.
