Entering the 21st century, driven by technological progress and innovation in management technology, the logistics industry has entered the era of supply chain globally. Optimizing logistics models is urgent.
Based on the above background, this article takes DRF chain supermarkets as the research object, analyzes the location of their distribution centers, and determines a reasonable and effective distribution center location plan based on the actual situation.
In this article, Chongqing as the scope, through field investigation, combined with the actual situation of questionnaire survey, screen out the important factors affecting the location of distribution center. Then through qualitative analysis, three alternative addresses are determined comprehensively.Finally, according to the results of qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis (AHP) is carried out to construct the data matrix, and the optimal solution is determined according to the calculation results.
According to the calculation results, the location of the distribution center of DRF Supermarket (Chongqing) has been determined to be in Bishan District, where the airport is about to be established. This location has practical optimization significance for DRF Supermarket.
