Tiivistelmä
Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoitus on tuoda syvempää tietoa avioliiton esteistä ja niiden tutkimisesta. Opinnäytetyö koostuu teoriaosuudesta ja oppaasta, jotka liittyvät tiiviisti toisiinsa.
Teoriaosuudessa on kerrottu avioliittolain säädännöstä, avioliiton esteistä, niiden tutkinnasta sekä tutkintapyyntölomakkeesta. Teoriaosuudessa avataan tarkemmin Suomen lainsäädäntöä, avioliittolakia sekä avioliiton esteitä ja esteiden tutkimisen tarkoitusta.
Oppaan tavoitteena on tuoda tietoa sekä ohjeet pariskunnalle, joka on tutkituttamassa avioliiton esteitä. Oppaassa kerrotaan, mitkä ovat avioliiton esteet ja miten esteiden tutkinta tehdään. Lisäksi oppaassa ohjeistetaan, miten pyyntölomake täytetään. Opasta tehdessä on huomioitu saavutettavuus ja se, miten tärkeät asiat on tuotu esille.
Opas on koottu lainsäädännön, Digi- ja väestötietoviraston (DVV) sekä Suomen evankelis-luterilaisen kirkon ja Suomen ortodoksisen kirkon tietoja hyödyntämällä. Tietoperustana opinnäytetyössä käytettiin avioliittolakia, oikeuskirjallisuutta sekä DVV:n ja kirkkojen nettisivuja. The purpose of this thesis is to bring deeper information about obstacles to marriage and their research. The thesis consists of a theory part and a guide to the part, which are closely related to each other.
In the theory part, the legislation of the marriage law, the obstacles to marriage, their investigation and the investigation request form have been explained. In the theory part, the Finnish legislation, the marriage law and obstacles to marriage and the purpose of studying obstacles are explained in more detail.
The guide is to bring information and instructions to a couple who is investigating the obstacles to marriage. The guide explains what the obstacles to marriage are and how to investigate the obstacles. In addition, the guide provides instructions on how to fill out the request form. In the process of making the guide, its accessibility and bringing important issues to the fore. The thesis has no external client.
The guide has been compiled using information from the legislation, the Digital and Population Information Agency, the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland and the Finnish Orthodox Church. The data base of the thesis was used marriage law, legal literature and the websites of Finnish Digital Agency and churches.
