Graduation Thesis analyses literature analysis, during which sales promotion tools are
analysed, their characteristics in e-commerce are presented, and a model for increasing
sales is proposed. Then, in the second part of the work, quantitative and qualitative research
is conducted to determine the sales situation of the e-store of UAB "Automation Supply" and
the results are summarized. In the third section, sales promotion offers for the online store
are presented based on the research findings.
