This thesis explores how restaurant and hotel management systems are affected by hygiene practices. In order to protect both the reputation and financial success of hospitality businesses as well as the safety and well-being of their patrons, hygiene is essential. The study looks at a range of hygiene management issues, including as worker training, sanitation, and food safety. This research intends to shed light on the relevance of hygiene practices within the hospitality sector and offer ideas for efficient management techniques through a thorough investigation of the available literature, case studies, and interviews with industry professionals.
Discusses the effect of hygiene procedures on the running of hotels and restaurants. It is necessary and crucial to maintaining the goodwill of hotels, restaurants, and patrons as well as their reputation. Customers will have a positive view of the management if the proper methods are used to promote appropriate hygiene practices.
This is qualitative study of the analysis of hygiene practices in the management of restaurants and hotels. Regarding this factor employee training, customer satisfaction, management responsibility is identified as most important obstacles. Since the topic of the thesis is very general essential, more research on the other parts has been recommended.
