This study is aimed at understanding the relationship between the empowerment and motivation lev els of employees and the ways in which these are related to the satisfaction of employees in their jobs.
The theoretical background provided a thorough explanation of employee empowerment, including how it is defined, its increasing relevance, what it means, and the potential effects it may have on workers' performance. Additionally, it included academically based recommendations for effective workplace empowerment culture implementation tactics.
To get the necessary data for this study, a qualitative technique and semi-structured interviews were used. Additionally, convenience sampling and purposive sampling were utilised to choose the re spondents for this case. Managers and workers who were pertinent to the study questions and open to participating at the time of the visit were chosen as the sample frame for this thesis.
The results indicated that employee empowerment has a very significant impact on work culture. It is favourably associated to worker’s performance. They are more motivated to complete their task when they feel empowered. Additionally, it was discovered that employees only have a limited amount of authority, meaning they can only make small decisions that are directly related to their work and only seniors can make major decisions.
