Nuorten päihdekuntoutus sijaishuollossa
Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli kartoittaa kirjallisuuskatsauksella (n=36) nuorten päihdekuntoutuksen tarvetta ja hoitomenetelmiä sijaishuollossa. Työ on tehty Lausteen Perhekuntoutuskeskukselle, joka on voittoa tavoittelematon lastensuojelupalveluiden tarjoaja ja erikoistunut perhekuntoutukseen, sijaishuoltoon ja avopalveluihin, mukaan lukien päihdeosaaminen.
Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on tuottaa Lausteen Perhekuntoutuskeskukselle näyttöön perustuvaa tietoa nuorten päihdekuntoutuksesta ja vähentää nuorten päihteiden käyttöä.
Opinnäytetyössä on käsitelty päihdekuntoutusta, päihdehoidon perusperiaatteita sekä sen tunnistamista. Nuoren ja perheen tukeminen, moniammatillinen yhteistyö ja eri päihdehoitomenetelmät ovat tärkeissä roolissa päihdekuntoutuksessa olevan nuoren kanssa. Tutkimusten perusteella korostuu nuoren tilanteen kokonaisvaltainen huomioiminen ja moniammatillinen työskentely hoitoprosessissa The purpose of this thesis was to find out the need for substance abuse rehabilitation and treatment methods for youths in substitute care using literature review (n=36). The commissioner of this thesis is the Lauste Family Rehabilitation Centre, which is a non-profit child welfare service provider and specialises in family rehabilitation, substitute care and outpatient services, including substance abuse expertise.
The aim of the thesis is to produce evidence-based information for the Lauste Family Rehabilitation Centre on substance abuse rehabilitation among young people and reduces the use of intoxicants by youths.
The thesis has dealt with substance abuse rehabilitation, the basic principles of substance abuse treatment and its identification. Supporting the youths and their family, multi-professional cooperation and different substance abuse treatment methods are principal factors in the rehabilitation of the youths. Based on the studies, the focus in treatment is on comprehensive attention to the situation of youths and multi-professional cooperation in the treatment process.
