Performance dashboard effectiveness improvement to support service delivery within global IT solution provider

Abstract

Research on the success of performance dashboard implementation within global IT solution provider based on DeLone and McLean's theory. The aim of the research is to increase the company's competitive advantage by increasing the key service delivery team's efficiency by providing effective dashboards. The outcome of the research is a short-term and long-term improvement plan.
