The bachelor’s thesis focuses on analyzing the international tech talent experience in Finland and the Netherlands. The dissertation is conducted in collaboration with a tech recruitment agency. The primary objective is to offer practical recommendations for areas of improvement for companies in both countries. The recommendations are directed towards building a more effective and efficient retention strategy.
