Tiivistelmä
The goal with this master thesis was to find a durable basis for a working method or new service idea, for the commissioner, that makes the work in the field of externalized project management more humane. The themes of the research are project leadership and value creation with the key words of project, project management, project leadership, value creation, value, values and service design.
The methods used in this thesis were a combination of literature review and service design methods. The structure of the thesis was implemented with the typical double diamond model for service design. This thesis was executed as a co-creation project.
The aim of this thesis is to study value creation potential on externalized project management, especially from the viewpoint of personal values. This thesis was commissioned by a project management professional, Toni Hyväri.
As a result, it was recognized that the deeper recognition of stakeholders´ values as part of project planning would enable higher project value potential and increase humanity in project work.
