Abstract

Identifying exceptional leadership roles has become increasingly crucial to sustain employee loyalty and satisfaction and as a result contributes to an organization’s success in today’s fiercely competitive business environment. It is essential to take the lead in creativity in the organization for several reasons. Leaders must be able to convey the benefits and risks of being creative to their employees to gain their collaboration and buy-in. Leaders must be able to manage the implementation of new ideas initiatives, and to ensure that they are successful in meeting the organization goals. Leaders must be able to identify and evaluate emerging technologies and creative concepts to support the objectives and the value of the organization.

The research project will explore the role of leadership in technology and innovation, and its impact on creating a competitive work environment and improving company performance. The objective of this research project is to provide practical insights for organizational leaders seeking to enhance their strategies to improve their overall performance. This research project will examine the current state of knowledge on the topic, identifying specific leadership behaviours and strategies that are most effective in fostering innovation and successful technology adoption by using literature review and empirical data obtained from questionnaire.

The findings of this research project will contribute to the existing literature on the role of leadership in improving organization performance through technology advancement and provide a basis for further research in this area. The practical recommendations derived from this research project should help organizational leaders to improve their company performance and competitiveness in the global market by leveraging advances in technology and creativity.
