Tiivistelmä
Terveydenhuolto on muutoksessa. Työtä pitää pystyä tekemään tehokkaammin ja pienemmillä resursseilla silti päästen parempiin tuloksiin ja vaikuttavuuteen. Nämä lähtökohdat olivat myös tämän kehittämisprojektin lähtökohtina.
Kehittämisprojektin tavoitteena oli tehostaa, selkeyttää ja yhtenäistää Varsinais-Suomen sairaanhoitopiirin näytelogistiikkaa Medisiina D:ssä. Näytelogistiikan näytteenkulun prosessin selkeyttämistä tavoiteltiin tässä kehittämisprojektissa suunnitellun yhteistyötoimintamallin avulla. Tavoitteena oli lyhentää näytteen prosessin läpimenoaikaa näytteenotosta vastauksen valmistumiseen, yhtenäistää toimintatapoja sekä tunnistaa prosessin sisältämä hukka.
Kehittämisprojektin tarkoitus oli tuottaa näytelogistiikan yhteistyötoimintamalli Medisiina D:n laboratoriotoimialueen yksiköille sekä suunnitella yhteistyötoimintamallin perehdytys ja implementointi.
Kehittämisprojekti koostui Medisiina D :hen muuttavien laboratoriotoimialueen yksiköiden nykytilakartoituksista, sen aikana kerätyn aineiston analyysistä sekä uuden toimintamallin luomisesta. Nykytilakartoituksen pohjalta piirrettiin kartta jokaisen yksikön näytelogistiikan tämän hetkisestä prosessista. Prosessikuvista tunnistettiin muuttuvat tekijät, joiden pohjalta luotiin tulevaisuudenkuvat jokaisen yksikön näytelogistiikkaprosessista. Yksiköiden prosessikuvista tunnistettiin yhteiset tekijät ja luotiin Medisiina D :n näytelogistiikan yhteistyötoimintamalli yhdessä käyttäjien edustajien sekä tämän kehittämisprojektin projektipäällikön kanssa. The goal of the development project was to enhance, clarify, and standardize the sample logistics of the Hospital District of Southwest Finland in Medisiina D. The clarification of the sample logistics sample flow process was sought in this development project through the planned collaborative operational model. The aim was to reduce the processing time of the sample process from sampling to the completion of the answer, standardize operating procedures, and identify waste in the process.
The purpose of the development project was to produce a collaborative operational model for sample logistics for the units of the laboratory area of Medisiina D and to plan the orientation and implementation of the collaborative operational model.
The development project consisted of current state surveys of the laboratory area units moving to Medisiina D, analysis of data collected during the project, and the creation of a new operational model. Based on the current state survey, a map of the current process of sample logistics for each unit was drawn. Changing factors were identified from process images, forming future images of the sample logistics process for each unit. Common factors were identified from unit process images, and a collaborative operational model for sample logistics in Medisiina D was created in collaboration with user representatives and the project manager of this development project.
