The goal of this thesis is to report and explain how a network upgrading project is executed in detail. Thesis also has a technical part that has detailed instructions on how to configure a G.fast switch.
Network upgrading project means that the customer network connections are upgraded to a newer technology. The network was typically upgraded from cable network to fiber optics, depending on the location/building.
The projects goal is to offer faster, reliable and stable networks to the customers.
