Vastuullinen hankintaketju

Abstract

Tutkimustyön aiheena oli selvittää teoriatasolla, mitä yhteiskuntavastuuraportin Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) -raportointiohjeiston G4:n uudet sisältövaatimukset toimitusketjun vastuullisuuteen liittyen ovat, ja mitä uusia asioita ne tuovat mukanaan raportointiin verrattuna G3.1 -versioon. Työn tilaajana oli Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO). TVO halusi tutkia hankintojen kuten palvelujen ja materiaalien vastuullisuutta yleisellä tasolla. Tutkimuksen esimerkiksi otettiin ydinpolttoaineen hankinta yleisesti maailmalla. Empiirisessä osiossa selvitettiin uudet englanninkieliset sisältövaatimukset, ja koska niistä ei ollut olemassa vielä GRI:n virallista käännöstä, tehtiin näille suomenkieliset tulkinnat. Useaan G4:n toimitusketjuun liittyviin tunnuslukuihin löytyi ehdotuksia siitä, mitä niissä olisi mahdollista raportoida. Tutkielman teoreettisessa osuudessa selvitettiin vastuullisuuden näkökulmasta, mitä vaaditaan sopimuskumppanilta, jotta se voi toimittaa tavaraa tai palveluja TVO:lle. Lopuksi kiteytettiin, mitä vastuullisuus TVO:lla tarkoittaa, ja miten se näkyy sidosryhmille.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine what corporate social responsibility report of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines G4's new content requirements for supply chain responsibility issues are, and what new things they will bring with them compared to the G3.1 version. The subscriber of this thesis was Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO). TVO wanted to research the responsibility of the procurement of the materials and services at general level. The study case was procurement of nuclear fuel in general in the world. In the empirical part of this thesis the new content requirements in English were clarified. Requirements do not exist at the GRI's official translation and renditions in Finnish were made based on this research. Suggestions about the reporting contents were found for many G4's supply chain -related indicators. In the theoretical part of this study were examined from the perspective of responsibility, what is required from the contractor, in order to provide goods or services to TVO. Finally, compacted, what does responsibility in TVO mean and how it is displayed to the stakeholders.
