Tiivistelmä
The aim of this thesis is to describe a step-by-step process of designing a V6 Turbo Engine using the CAD software CREO. The cover of the engine, piston, rocker arm, valve, cover, manifolds, shafts, cylinders, and other parts are all described in detail in this document. Every component's design, including drawings, simulations, or other tools used to create them, are discussed in this thesis. Finally, this thesis explains how the various pieces are assembled to form the finished product.
A comprehensive description of the CREO-designed engine is the end result of this work. This description includes technical drawings and specifications, as well as explanations of the design choices that were made along the way. Readers will be able to get a sense of the appearance and functionality of the final product from the images or renderings that are included.
In the end, this thesis contributes to the field of mechanical engineering by demonstrating how to use CAD software to create a complex mechanical product.
