In the era of hybrid workplaces, the dynamics of leadership communication have undergone significant transformations. Developing leadership communication has become a crucial aspect of working communities, where leaders need to enhance their skills as effective communicators, to enhance successful working relationships, motivation, and outcomes.
The aim of this thesis is to examine existing literature and conducting interviews with leaders in the field. This study gives insight into how effective leadership communication can be developed and implemented to enhance organisational efficiency and employee engagement. Key points in this thesis are transparency, active listening, adaptive communication, and the meaning of feedback in leadership practices.
The research data for this thesis was gathered from interviews, which were conducted as open questions for two different leaders working in same organisation but in different managerial positions.
The focus of the research was to get various insights from different leaders on the importance of leadership communication and how they enhance development of the communication in their daily work lives and how to encourage develop communication in working communities through individual employee approaches, right communication channels, feedback, and transparency.
The research highlights the crucial role of communication in leadership effectiveness, emphasizing the need for leaders to foster an environment of open dialogue and mutual understanding to drive organisational success and employee satisfaction. How to encourage open and transparent communication among shareholders in the workplace.
