Infrarakentamisen prosessikuvaus osana Welado Oy:n perehdytystä

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön päätavoitteena oli tehdä Welado Oy:n käyttöön perehdytysmateriaalia infrarakentamisen prosessikuvauksesta. Osana opinnäytetyötä tehtiin kysely Welado oy:n muu infra toimialan henkilökunnalle perehdytyksestä projekteille. Ajatuksena oli luoda pohja sille, että infrarakentamisen prosessikuvauksesta saataisiin luotua kirjallisen katsauksen pohjalta mahdollisimman helppotajuinen perehdytysmateriaali yrityksen käyttöön. Varsinaisen perehdytysmateriaalin luominen rajattiin kuitenkin ulos tästä työstä.

Opinnäytetyön kirjallisessa katsauksessa keskityttiin esittelemään infrarakentamisen prosessikuvausta mahdollisimman yksityiskohtaisesti kirjallisuuteen pohjautuen. Kirjallisessa katsauksessa pyrittiin etenemään yksinkertaisen lineaarisesti rakentamisen projektin vaiheiden mukaan, aloittaen tarjousvaiheen menettelyistä, hankemallin valinnasta ja niiden esittelyistä rakentamisvaiheen menettelyihin. Lisäksi on esitelty yleisiä sopimuksiin liittyviä ehtoja ja sopimusoikeudellisia seikkoja. Oma osionsa on myös projektityöskentelylle ja työn tilaajan perehdytyksen esittelylle.

Osana opinnäytetyötä toteutettiin kysely nykyisen perehdytyksen riittävyydestä projekteille perehtymisestä. Tilaajalla oli tahtotilana selvittää, miten perehdytys on tähän mennessä toiminut projekteilla. Kyselyyn valikoitiin osa-alueita yrityksen nykyisestä perehdytysohjeesta perehdytyksestä järjestelmään, perehdytyksestä omaan rooliin projekteilla sekä hankeperehdytyksestä.

Kyselyn lopputuloksena saatiin hyviä kehitysajatuksia Weladon projekteille perehtymiseen. Pääosin voitiin kyselyn perusteella todeta, että perehdyttäminen on kunnossa, mutta käytännöissä on jonkin verran hajontaa. Kaikkia asioita ei aina käydä läpi projektien aloituskokouksissa tai perehdytyksissä. Pienillä hankkeilla ei asioita käydä myös läpi niin tarkkaan kuin suurilla. Kehitysehdotuksena olisi luoda selkeä perehtymislista projekteille peilaten sitä kyselyn lopputuloksiin. Tämä lista käytäisiin sitten läpi kaikkien hankkeiden aloitusvaiheessa ja täten taattaisiin varmempi tiedonkulku, parempi työsuoritus ja myös mahdollisesti parempi asiakaskokemus

The main goal of this thesis has been to create orientation material for the use of Welado Oy concerning the process description of infrastructure construction. As part of this thesis, a survey was conducted for the staff of Welado oy regarding project orientation. The central purpose has been to formulate the basis, concerning the creation of the easily understandable orientation material. The orientation material would be based on the written reviews, concerning the process description of infrastructure construction. However, the creation of the actual orientation material was limited outside of this thesis.

In the written review part of the thesis, the focus was on presenting the process description of infrastructure construction in as much detail as possible, based on the literature available. The written review is made to proceed in a simple linear fashion, according to the phases of a construction project, starting with the procedures of the bidding phase, the selection of the project model and the presentation of said models, to the procedures of the construction phase. In addition, general terms and conditions related to contracts and aspects of contract law have been presented. There is also its own section for the basics of project work and the introduction of the current orientation program for the client of this thesis.

As part of the thesis, a survey was carried out on the adequacy of the current orientation on orientation for projects. The client wanted to find out how the orientation has worked on the projects so far. The survey selected fields from the client’s current orientation model to orientation to the system, orientation to one's own role in projects, and project orientation.

As a result of the survey, many valuable development ideas were receibed for the orientation process for Welado’s projects . Based on the survey, it could be stated that orientation is succesful for most parts, but there is some dispersion in practices. Not all issues are always discussed at project kick-off meetings or orientations. With small projects, things are not reviewed as carefully as with large ones. A development proposal would be to create a clear orientation list for projects, mirroring it in the final results of the survey. This list would then be reviewed at the start-up stage of all projects, thus guaranteeing a more reliable flow of information, better work performance and also possibly a better customer experience.
