The theoretical framework, drawn from industry standards, professional blogs, and relevant scientific publications, underpins the diary-based analyses. These entries reflect on tasks, challenges, and professional experiences in connection with theoretical understandings to promote professional development.
The findings indicate a significant improvement in the author's professional competencies and highlight new approaches, strategies, and learnings from their tasks. These findings are further discussed to assess their value, applicability, and implications for future professional growth.
