Taking Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport as the research object, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on 200 elderly passengers to understand their satisfaction and demand for elderly services at the airport. The study found that the overall satisfaction of elderly passengers with Jiangbei Airport is high, but there is still room for improvement in hardware facilities, humanized services, and intelligent facilities for the elderly.In view of the problems found in the investigation, suggestions for improvement were put forward, such as improving hardware facilities, strengthening humanized services, improving the quality of service personnel, optimizing processes to improve efficiency, and increasing publicity.This study has reference significance for Jiangbei Airport to improve the service quality of elderly passengers and improve the service system for the elderly, and also provides ideas for other airports to optimize the service for the elderly.
