This thesis takes the common baggage problems of airports in civil aviation business as the research object, analyzes the market background and development trend of this field, and needs to pay attention to the potential dangers of personal digital information. Two examples of actual baggage problems at large airports around the world are cited to provide a realistic contextualization of the types of problems that will lead to the exploration of solutions. Then the baggage handling at China Capital Airport and London Stansted Airport are used as case studies to illustrate effective solutions. The research literature in recent ten years, such as testing and analysis of the subdivision difficulties of baggage consignment problems, invention of baggage tracking technology, algorithm or model improvement, etc. are collected to summarize the literature review for this thesis. Finally, the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the baggage check-in service quality of Chongqing Jiangbei Airport in the first quarter of 2024. It is hoped that this article can provide some reference for the study of airport baggage check-in service.
