Research on Green and Sustainable Management Strategy for Airports：a Case Study of Zhengzhou Xinzheng Airport

Abstract

At the same time of economic development, the crisis facing our energy and living environment is also intensifying. Therefore, more effective conservation of existing energy and protection of our living environment are more and more highly valued by countries or organizations around the world. At present, several developed countries in the forefront of economic development in the world have taken energy conservation and environmental protection as a basic strategy for the future development of the country. Civil aviation, as an industry in the ranks of advanced technologies in the national economy, should take positive measures in all aspects to enable various countries to carry out continuous innovation in airport construction, airport management and other aspects to improve the operational efficiency of civil aviation enterprises. However, in China, green airport is a relatively new concept. This paper hopes to achieve the following goals through the research on the green operation strategy of Zhengzhou Xinzheng Airport: First of all, I hope to have a holistic concept of green airport construction through the literature review of green airport. Through the comparative analysis of the practice of green airport construction in China and abroad, we can have a correct understanding of green airport construction in our country. Secondly, through the external environment analysis, internal status analysis and SWOT analysis of Zhengzhou Xinzheng Airport, it is concluded that green operation management is a key transformation strategy for the sustainable development of the current airport. Moreover, DPSIR model is used to study the impact mechanism of sustainable development ability of green airport. Finally, based on the specific situation of Zhengzhou Xinzheng Airport, the green operation management strategy of Zhengzhou Xinzheng Airport is elaborated from the green operation management principles, green operation management organizational structure and team, green marketing management system and other related aspects, so as to provide reference for the green operation management of other airports.
