Tiivistelmä
The purpose of this thesis was to document the work commissioned by the software company Vitec Raisoft Oy. The work consisted of updating the existing log system to follow the new requirements mandated by the GDPR and the Finnish supplementary laws. The thesis work focused on the log related to the user activity, and on how the user actions affects client personal data.
This work included the investigation work, the explanation of the addition in the update script regarding the new needed tables, the old logs translation and migration, and the reliability tests performed. To understand the work environment, the thesis will explain the Agile Scrum framework main concepts and the use of it in the team.
