Njeiforbi company Ltd. is a privately owned enterprise founded by Mr. Njei Louis Tebi in 1998. Its headquarters are in Molyko-Buea, Cameroon. The company originated as a little bakery that mostly distributed bread. Currently, it has positioned itself as a fully developed business that offers high-quality services in the hospitality, leisure, and catering sectors to the people of Cameroon at reasonable prices.
This study examined the impact of effective recruitment on organizational performance. It sought to investigate the influence of effective recruitment on organizational performance through a study of Njeiforbi Company Ltd. in Buea, Cameroon. The following research questions guided the study: How does effective recruitment impact organizational performance? How have the methods of recruiting new employees been able to enhance an organization's effectiveness? To what extent does implementing training programs for new workers affect organizational performance?
The research's theoretical framework was based on the concept of human resource management. The study used this framework, focusing on effective recruitment as a crucial element that significantly impacts an organization's performance. The study employed a qualitative research methodology, focusing on the managerial personnel of Njeiforbi Company Ltd. in Buea. The researcher employed a purposive sampling strategy to pick the interviewees for this study. The data collection process involved interviews, while the data analysis was done using a thematic analysis technique.
The findings of this study revealed that Njeiforbi Company Ltd. in Buea has effectively employed both external and internal hiring methods, resulting in significant positive impacts. These include a notable rise in revenue, an increase in employee turnover, and a boost in customer loyalty. The recruitment process has also fostered the development of a strong workforce, characterized by a profound culture, cohesion, and reliability within the firm. The training systems used have also proven to have a substantial impact on the company's performance. In conclusion, a successful recruitment process has a favorable influence on the performance of Njeiforbi company Ltd. Buea- Cameroon.
