The purpose of this thesis work is to study the history, culture, and values of Croatia. An essential part of the work are interview studies for Croatian designers and Nordic managers. Interviews are done to collect experiences, challenges and working practices in cooperation between Nordic people and Croatians. The goal of the interview findings, theoretical research and identification of Croatian culture is to form guidelines and practices for efficient and productive cooperation, which will fulfill the quantitative and qualitative needs for engineering skills in the future. Managing high-quality skills gives some extra challenges within multicultural team. It is important to understand how to manage team, consisting of Nordic and Croatian employees.
