This article takes the importance and challenges of the aviation industry in global sustainable development as the research background, and focuses on exploring the key role of leadership in promoting sustainable development in this field. The research aims to deeply analyze leadership theory, understand its impact mechanism in the sustainable development of the aviation industry, and how to promote green transformation and efficient operation of the aviation industry through effective leadership strategies.
Firstly, the introduction section elaborates on the background of the research, pointing out the challenges faced by the aviation industry in global sustainable development, and emphasizing the core position of leadership in overcoming these challenges. The research objective is clear, which is to explore how leadership drives the sustainable development of the aviation industry, in order to provide practical leadership strategies for the industry. Meanwhile, the significance of the research lies in enriching the leadership theory of the aviation industry, enhancing the performance and social influence of enterprises.
