Kartläggning av klientens livssituation : inskrivningsblankett för ny klient vid barnskyddsenhet

Abstract

Detta utvecklingsarbete är ett projekt inom Trygg tillväxt inom barnskyddet. Uppdragsgivaren är Luna Familjecenter AB. Enheten som produkten utvecklas för är en hybridenhet mellan en barnskyddsenhet på grundnivå och familjerehabilitering. Klienterna som är placerade på hybridenheten är 10–17 år och kan ha varierande problematik. Det fanns ett uttalat behov av en mer omfattande inskrivningsblankett för att få tillräcklig information om barnet i det tidiga skedet. Syftet med arbetet är att kartlägga barnets livssituation i det tidiga skedet och att handledaren har en bra bas att utgå ifrån oberoende hur de arbetar. Med en tydlig bas får handledaren en helhetsuppfattning om hur klientens livssituation ser ut vid inskrivningstillfället. Produkten som utvecklas är en mer omfattande inskrivningsblankett som används i ett tidigt skede, det vill säga de tre första dagarna på barnskyddsenheten.

Utvecklingsprocessen genomfördes med hjälp av bygg-mät-lär-metoden där processen inleddes med att skapa en inskrivningsblankett med omfattande frågor om barnets livssituation. Produkten har skickats ut för att samla in feedback och har sedan utvecklats utgående från uppdragsgivarens behov och synpunkter. Produkten har vidareutvecklats i två omgångar och en slutprodukt har sammanställts. Feedback har fåtts av personalen från Luna Familjecenter AB och som datainsamlingsmetod har öppen diskussion och feedback i skriftlig form använts. Den teoretiska bakgrunden har byggts upp av olika vetenskapliga artiklar, dokument, webbplatser och böcker som stöder produkten. Teorin berör bemötande och faktorer gällande det, samt faktorer som påverkar barns välmående.

This development work is a project within Safe Growth in Child Welfare. The client is Luna Familjecenter AB. The unit for which the product is being developed is a hybrid unit between a regular child welfare unit and family rehabilitation. The clients placed in the hybrid unit are between 10 and 17 years old and may have varying problems. There was a need for a more comprehensive enrollment form to obtain sufficient information about the child in the early stages. The purpose of the work is to map the child's life situation in the early stage and that the supervisor has a good basis to start from, regardless of how they work. With a clear basis, the supervisor gets an overall idea of what the client's life situation looks like at the time of enrolment. The developed product is a more extensive enrollment form that is used at an early stage, within the first three days at the child welfare unit.

The development process has been done using the build-measure-learn-method, and the process started with the creation of a form with extensive questions about the child's life situation. The product has been sent out to receive feedback and developed based on the feedback. Feedback has been received from the respondents from Luna Familjecenter AB and as a data collection method, open discussion and feedback in written form has been used. Based on the feedback, the product has been modified and developed according to the client's needs and views. The product has been further developed in two rounds and a final product has been compiled. The theoretical background has been built up by various scientific articles, documents, websites, and books that support the product. The theory concerns treatment of another person and factors regarding that as well as factors that affects children´s well-being.
