The Tourism business is one of the growing businesses in Bangladesh, and Tryotel Travels Ltd. is a well-known tourism company in Dhaka city. The main objective of this thesis was to find out the areas for improvement by identifying the precise variables that affect travelers' behavior, choices, and decision-making when choosing from among the travel packages or services provided by Tryotel Travels Ltd. To assess the level of satisfaction among tourists who have utilized Tryotel's services.
The thesis was done through detailed analysis across multiple facets of the business, including the historical and current perspective of tourism in Bangladesh, tourists’ products, challenges and opportunities, customer centricity in the tourism business, success factors, and sustainability in the tourism business in Bangladesh. A structured survey was conducted amongst the customers of Tryotel Travels Ltd. in order to gather quantitative data on the precise variables.
This study has yielded valuable insights that can guide Tryotel Travels Ltd.’s management in making informed decisions about their business strategy. For example, Tryotel Travels Ltd. needs to focus on customer-centric initiatives by prioritizing customer satisfaction. Customer-centric business initiatives can be the success factor of sustainable tourism business for any tourism company including Tryotel Travels Ltd.
