The study's objective aims to examined the connection between Emotional Intelligence (EI) and effective Management at Company B. Its main goal was to determine how well the Company B's views are consistent with Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence model. Additionally one aim of this investigation was to find out leadership philosophies, comprehending the result of EI on effective leadership.
The researcher employed a qualitative method using questionnaire observations made within Company B. The analysis revealed a variety of leadership forms and styles, highlighting the importance of emotional intelligence EI in determining the efficacy of leadership.
The findings of the study revealed EI concepts, they exhibited dependability, accountability, and superior decision-making, which promoted positive team dynamics and trust. The study emphasized the necessity of focused leadership development programs and suggested all-encompassing programs and a deliberate focus on ‘‘emotional intelligence in leadership training. The study contributed their valueable insights to organizational performance can be facilitate by aligning leadership approaches with emotional intelligence EI concepts. This can foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Integrated training, and a deliberate concentrate on emotional intelligence in leadership development programs are among the recommendations.
