Detta examensarbete behandlar planering och tillverkning av olika sorters trä- och betongpontoner, alltså flytbryggor. Arbetet fokuserar främst på tre olika sorters flytbryggor som beskrivs allmänt samt med dess för- och nackdelar.
Genom arbetet kommer det beskrivas olika delar av flytbryggor och vilka material som används för tillverkningen och genomförandet av placeringen för olika flytbryggor. Det kommer omfatta betongens tillämpning och egenskaper, vilka krävs för att uppnå ett ändamålsenligt resultat. Det diskuteras även cellplastens och armeringens betydelse och plats.
Därefter kartläggs faktorer för ändamål och placering som påverkar arbetet och planeringens omfattning. Det innebär huruvida natur, material och omgivning kan försvåra arbetet eller kräva mer anpassningar för tillverkningen och placeringen av den specifika bryggan.
Planering och beräkning är en del av arbetet och görs som en skriftligt utformad beskrivning av en brygga och dess delar. Den delen kommer ske på en kunds beställning och kommer även innebära att dimensioner och material att genomgås. Kundens beställning har kommit till Winkelmanns bygg vilket är den professionella som ska utföra hela arbetet med planering och produktion.
Efter de teoretiska delarna följer arbetet även upp med grunderna för beräkningarna utav olika sorters flytbryggor och dess alla delar samt vilka aspekter som behövs ta i beaktande för att åstadkomma ett flytande resultat i enlighet med omgivningen. This thesis addresses the planning and manufacturing of various types of wooden and concrete pontoons, commonly known as floating docks. The work primarily focuses on three different types of floating docks, which are described in general terms along with their advantages and disadvantages.
The thesis will describe various components of floating docks and the materials used for their construction and placement. It will cover the application and properties of concrete necessary to achieve a functional result. The importance and role of foam, plastic and reinforcement will also be discussed.
Subsequently, factors related to the purpose and location that affect the work and scope of planning will be outlined. This includes how nature, materials, and surrounding environment might complicate the work or require more adjustments for the construction and placement of the specific dock.
Planning and calculation are part of the work and will be presented as a written description of a dock and its components. This part will be conducted based on a customer's order and will include the examination of dimensions and materials. The customer's order has been placed with Winkelmanns Bygg, the professional company responsible for the entire planning and production process.
Following the theoretical sections, the thesis will also cover the fundamentals of calculations for different types of floating docks and their components, as well as the aspects that need to be considered to achieve a floating result in harmony with the surroundings.
