The main purpose of this study is to examine and investigate the experiences of employees from diversified backgrounds in the company. In addition, the findings will also develop ways in which inclusion and equality can be implemented. Moreover, the study will consider diversity and inclusion policies as well as practices that promote the organization workforce.
In obtaining practical and relevant information, a qualitative method was used to gather and analyse data from three companies which includes conducting an interview on one company that provided insights into their experiences with managing diversity and inclusion. On the other hand, information was gathered from online sources for the other two companies.
The result highlighted the importance of diversity and its commitment, towards cultural sensitivity, and communication in promoting diversity and inclusion at workplace. It will also provide practical recommendations for the companies seeking to develop more effective diversity and inclusion initiatives.
To sum up, the study answered the following questions, how does diversity management contribute to the success of an organization? How does your company approach diversity management? In what ways can leadership help to promote a diverse work-place? Creative approaches can enhance problem solving and decision making by leveraging perspectives from employees. Therefore, efficiently handling a diverse workforce can lead to better performance and productivity.
