Society is undergoing digitalization, and this undoubtedly influences business processes. The
technological revolution has already begun to impact and transform the talent acquisition industry
and the HR sector as a whole. This thesis focuses on identifying the key challenges in the HR field and providing technological
solutions from the perspective of process automation. To achieve these objectives, the author utilized surveys and descriptive analysis. The survey
targeted a specific group of university students who are studying talent acquisition in the business
industry. Key markets and technological tools have been identified to address challenges and automate
processes within the HR sector.
