This thesis aims to explore the feasibility of developing a start-up restaurant focused on the concept of hot pot dining. The restaurant's name is Hotpot Story, and it was developed using a novel conveyor hotpot model.
The objective of this thesis is to create a business plan outlining the processes required to effectively build and establish a restaurant, taking into consideration market research, operational methodologies, and financial predictions to support the authors' future business operations. The authors of this thesis provide a number of in-depth analyses, including SWOT analysis, business model canvas, and financial accounting forecast forms.
The authors performed a survey with open-ended questions and carefully explored possibilities consistent with the direction of their restaurant business. The survey was done utilizing quantitative method.
This thesis is based on research; the authors employed a number of materials, including books, periodicals, and internet resources relating to the topic at hand.
