Tiivistelmä
The objective of this thesis is to investigate the impact of international exchange programs on students' global business competencies and how these experiences influence their career trajectories.
Through a comprehensive analysis involving both a quantitative survey of students and qualitative perspectives from recruiters, this research explores the motivations behind students' participation in exchange programs, the skills and competencies they develop, and the perceived value of these experiences in the recruitment process.
