Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli selvittää esihenkilöiden vuorovaikutuksen merkitystä tilanteiden uudistamisessa. Työssä tutkittiin vuorovaikutuksen merkitystä eri toimialojen asiantuntijoiden näkökulmasta. Millaisia taitoja hyvä vuorovaikutus edellyttää ja mitä hyvän vuorovaikutuksen ylläpitämiseen tarvitaan?
Työ toteutettiin toimeksiantona Turun ammattikorkeakoululle. Tutkimuksessa hyödynnettiin asiantuntijahaastatteluja, joista kuvattiin videot opetuskäyttöä varten. Haastattelujen tuloksia analysointiin teoriaan peilaten.
Työn tulokseksi saatiin mielenkiintoinen ja kattava kokonaisuus esihenkilöiden vuorovaikutuksen merkityksestä. Erilaiset ja asiantuntevat vastaukset haastatteluissa loivat opinnäytetyöstä hyvän kokonaisuuden.
Tuloksia voidaan hyödyntää tulevaisuudessa opintomateriaalina uusille opiskelijoille. Työstä voi olla hyötyä myös muutostilanteissa, etenkin esihenkilön roolissa. The aim of the thesis was to find out the importance of the interaction of superiors in renewing situations. The work examined the importance of interaction from the perspective of experts from different industries. What kind of skills does good interaction require and what is needed to maintain good interaction?
The work was carried out as an assignment for Turku University of Applied Sciences. The research utilized expert interviews, from which videos were filmed for educational use.
Analyzing the results of the interviews and mirroring the theory.
The result of the work was an interesting and comprehensive overview of the predecessors. Different and expert answers from the interviews created a wonderful whole of the thesis.
The results can be used as study material for new students in the future. The work can also be useful in situations of change, especially in the role of supervisor.
