The use of AI tools in higher education – A scenario analysis using system Dynamics for business administration - A research incentive for further analysis

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with a possible implementation of artificial intelligence in the ecosystem of a higher educational institution. The purpose of this work was to outline important parameters for this process as well as the reinforcement of using system dynamics in this field of science. A SWOT-Analysis combined with the system dynamics approach was used to derive elementary factors for a further scenario analysis. These could then be visualized in causal loop diagrams to define strategies and important decision criteria for further processes. In summary, it could be concluded that the system dynamics approach had a meaningful use in practice and is seen as an opportunity for utilization.
