Tiivistelmä
This article examines how long-termism, ecosystem orchestration, and anticipation support organizations in addressing complex, future-oriented challenges. Long-termism shifts focus from short-term gains to sustainable impacts, encouraging leaders to consider future generations. Ecosystem orchestration unites diverse stakeholders—public and private sectors—to collaboratively address issues like climate change. Frameworks such as the Three Horizons model, innovation portfolios, and the Ecosystem Opportunities canvas provide practical methods to integrate long-term thinking. Anticipation further enables proactive adaptation, aligning current actions with future possibilities. Together, these approaches foster resilience, enabling networks to create lasting impact and navigate global uncertainties effectively.
