Tiivistelmä
Toteutin kehittämistyön Attendo Jelppiskodin kehitysvammaisten asumispalveluyksikössä vuoden 2024 kesäkuun ja lokakuun välisenä aikana. Kehittämistyön tavoitteena oli osallistaa työyhteisö kehittämistyön toteuttamiseen. Tarve kehittämistyölle syntyi, koska yksikössä ei ollut kunnollista perehdytyskansiota. Kehittämistyön tuotoksena syntyi työyhteisön perehdytyskansio työyhteisön käyttöön.
Kehittämistyön projektiin osallistuivat Attendo Jelppiskodin moniammatillinen työyhteisö sekä minä. Projektin aikana työntekijät osallistuivat kehittämistyön eri vaiheisiin, myös esihenkilö osallistui säännöllisesti projektiin tukemalla työn edistämistä ja antamalla kehittämistyöstä palautetta. Moniammatillinen työyhteisö työsti perehdytyskansiosta laadukkaan ja monipuolisen tuotoksen, jota hyödynnetään työyhteisössä päivittäin.
Kehittämistyön tavoite oli kehittää työyhteisölle laadukas, selkeä ja kompakti perehdytyskansio. Valmiin perehdytyskansion tarkoituksena oli toimia uuden työntekijän perehdytysprosessissa aktiivisena osana sekä toimia hyödyllisenä työkaluna edistämällä perehdytysprosessia ja työntekijöiden tiedonhakua. I carried out the development work at Attendo Jelppiskoti housing service unit for the mentally disabled between June and October 2024. The aim for the development work was to involve the work community in the implementation of the development work. The need for development work arose because the unit did not have a proper orientation folder. As a result of the development work, a work community orientation folder was created for the use of the work community.
The multi-professional work community of Attendo Jelppiskoti and myself participated in the development project. During the project, the employees participated in various stages of the development work, the supervisor also regularly participated in the project by supporting the promotion of the work and providing feedback on the development work. The multi-professional work community worked on a high-quality and versatile output from the orientation folder, which is utilized in the work community daily.
The goal of the development work was to develop a high-quality, clear and compact orientation folder for the work community. The purpose of the completed orientation folder was to serve as an active part of the new employee's orientation process and to serve as a useful tool by promoting the orientation process and employee information retrieval.
