In today's dynamic and interconnected digital world, traditional security models have proven inadequate in safeguarding organisations from the constantly evolving cyber threats. The Zero Trust security model offers a revolutionary approach, advocating for a "never trust, always verify" mindset. This thesis is created to view the transition of traditional security models to Zero Trust utilising case studies of companies that are successfully implementing it and understand the practical challenges and scalability issues that can arises and give practical recommendations on how to tackle these issues based on expert opinions.
