This thesis focuses on small- to medium-sized organizations, aiming to assess the benefits and challenges of cloud ERP adoption in SMEs compared to traditional on-premises systems.
The complexity of implementing an ERP system depends on several factors, including the organization's size, the complexity of its business processes, data migration needs, integration with existing systems, and the level of required customization.
The subject organization has two primary goals: 1) to increase operational efficiency, and 2) to leverage the ERP system to support online transactions. This research will emphasize the importance of CRM within the ERP system, alongside other components such as HRIS, Inventory, and Accounting.
The core concepts and advantages of cloud ERP will be discussed, along with its impact on modern business operations.
The study will cover the key stages of ERP implementation, from planning and system selection to configuration and customization.
It will also emphasize the importance of change management, focusing on organizational adjustments, employee adoption, and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption. Best practices for successful ERP implementation will be outlined.
