Tiivistelmä
In the modern world and fast-paced organizations, effective administrative processes and leaders who utilize their skills and character effectively achieved specific targets. Leadership with operational management systems and cross-checking of decision-making styles had a significant impact on future leaders. It was also understood that there were common traits and qualities that a leader should have in order to achieve the fixed targets of any organization. Various theories had been proposed by renowned scholars, but they failed to examine a specific leadership skill that promote team engagements. This thesis examined other major aspects of leadership, analyzed the theories, and emphasized in the formulation of a specific skills that, if used in a particular way, would lead to a more productive environment for an organization. This thesis provided a progressive approach in which the success ratio of any leader was assessed as they had to pass through a chain of events that would assess their capability from the organization's point of view. In conclusion, this thesis evaluated all the major and minor findings or this can be any indicators of leadership working methods and evaluated all the success and failure indicators before providing a framework for the appointment of a good leader in the interest of the organization as a whole.
