Tiivistelmä
Through this thesis, the author examines how cultural diversity is incorporated in decision-making within global organizations based on Sanatan Dharma and Chanakyaniki literature as well as the cultural intelligence and organizational behavior literature. The purpose of the study is to give practical recommendations on how to manage cultural diversity as a source of competitive advantage and illustrate the challenges and opportunities it brings. This paper analyzes the measures of embracing diversity, efficient strategies of communicating, and the merits of embracing the strengths of diverse perspectives to demonstrate that cultures have the capability of promoting multiplicity with innovation, competitiveness, and sustainability. These discoveries point to the Culture Intelligence imperative, workplace diversity and inclusion, and organized decision-making processes. Using the framework of references from ancient times up to modern times, the thesis offers a perfect system of facilitating decision-making in a multicultural environment and therefore is useful to the debate on the multifaceted subject of cultural diversity and organizational efficiency.
