Artificial intelligence (AI) is a rapidly advancing technology influencing various fields, including aviation. Its gradual integration into the sector is transforming processes and operations. Understanding how AI is currently used and perceived by aviation professionals is essential to ensure its effective implementation and contribution to organizational efficiency.
This study explored AI’s role in enhancing managerial efficiency in civil aviation, focusing on its benefits, challenges, and potential applications in training and operations. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through five semi-structured interviews and a review of existing literature.
The research provided valuable insights into AI’s current and potential impact in civil aviation. Participants highlighted how AI could improve management processes while ensuring safety and efficiency, offering practical perspectives on its integration into daily operations.
