Tiivistelmä
The purpose of this thesis study, growing opportunity for reort business with good leadership practices in Nepal, which was authorized by View 360 resort, was to investigate how leadership effectiveness, staff satisfaction, and customer service interrelated and how these factors influenced company success in the tourism industry. The objective was to review how different styles of leadership were related to employee engagement, growth opportunities, and customer satisfaction. In the area of hospitality, customer satisfaction, employee motivation, and leadership theories were used as the theoretical framework of the study.

In order to fully understand the resort’s approach, mixed methods were used, including survey data from customers, staff, and management. The findings suggested that View 360 Resort enjoyed a strong and positive impact due to a leadership style that was characterized by open communication, availability, and consistent appreciation of employees' contributions. The leadership practices developed through these methods brought about excellent employee morale and satisfaction in this work environment. Regularly, the resort’s motivated employees provided service that consistently resulted in high customer satisfaction, which was appreciated by the guests.

The study found that effective leadership helped create a fair workplace where employee engagement and customer satisfaction were increased. According to the study, view 360 Resort should organize training programs and make further efforts to improve its reputation and image. This study provided useful information about how leaders could sustain competitive advantage and deliver excellent customer service in Nepal’s challenging tourism sector.
