Abstract

The fundamental aim of the study was to find out the Supply Chain Management complications that hinder Nakumatt Supermarket practices. This particular research is profoundly based on providing a blueprint of the top management and general stuff of Nakumatt supermarket to be updated about the challenges existing in the enterprise so that they actually come up with strategies to guide them towards the attainment of their ultimate good. It will also act as a basis for further research to be conducted in line with the retail business arena. With regard to the conducted study, diverse challenges were experienced in ensuring the success of the desired research. Time constraints were severally experienced and thus kept us on toes since the respondents were talking a longer period to complete the questionnaire. There was also an element of suspicion in most of the respondents as they doubted that maybe the information give would be used against them. Appointment rescheduling was so common since the affiliate participants were so concerned with the confidentiality of the information they needed to provide. Contradicting information influence was as paramount in the entire study as many authors had commented with very different perspectives regarding the topic of study.
